Wash Your Clothes WHILE Having Coffee and 4 Other Unique Cafes in Klang Valley!
We don’t have to tell you that in recent years, cafe frenzy has seized Malaysia. You almost can’t go two weeks without hearing about a brand new cafe opening in a renovated old shop-lot in KL, PJ or Subang. But among the slew of new cafe hotspots, here are some places that are offering you an unusual experience that goes beyond fantastic coffee!
1. Suds & Lattes

Now this is a concept that we didn’t think we would ever see: a dobi that happens to also serve coffee. At Suds & Lattes, the clothes you see cling-wrapped behind the counter aren’t for show. They really are a fully functioning laundromat, that also happens to serve a really good cafe menu. Clothes can be laundered at RM3 per kilo, while blankets and comforters go for RM6 per wash.
Taste tips:
- Order the signature Turkey Ham Sandwich with Lingonberry jam; really hearty with a little sweetness on the side.
- Iced coffee with a generous pour of milk and chocolate makes for a great drink to cookie-dunk.
- Feel free to bring your laundry along to wash as you eat. No excuse for dirty clothes now!
